IIM Kozhikode's Product Analytics programme takes a strategic and analytical approach to optimising customer experience and building better products. The programme uses data and analytics to better understand the customers’ needs and make the right decisions for their businesses.

The skills and experience gained through this programme will help professionals create winning products by developing a holistic view that combines:

Programme Certificate

Participants will be awarded a Certificate from IIM Kozhikode on successful completion of the programme with a 70% of score. The evaluation methodology is at the discretion of the faculty and includes online projects, exams, case analysis, assignments and any other components as decided by the faculty.
